JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and three persons are named in the first information report with allegation that they opened fire on informant. The informant has sustained only injury i.e. abrasion over right side of post chest wall of 11⁄2" x 1/4" and muscular swelling and tenderness. The doctor opined that the aforesaid injury was caused by hard and blunt substance though opinion regarding the nature of injury was kept reserved. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
