Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

Petitioner allegedly fired causing injury at the arm of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 14.01.2019. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone as well as completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50588 of 2019(2) dt.22-08-2019 2/2 below where the case is pending in connection with Siswan Police Station Case No.200 of 2018 arising out of S.Tr. No. 152 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
