No. 42256 of 2015 which stood dismissed for nonprosecution vide order dated 03.12.2015 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The matter has been placed under the heading 'For Admission' before this Court in view of the administrative order of Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice dated 03.03.2016 since the concerned Bench is not available due to medical exigency. On the ground mentioned in the restoration application, Cr. Misc. No.42256 of 2015 is restored to its original file. Accordingly, the restoration application is allowed.
