The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is against the alleged error in the calculation of difference of salary on account of revision of pay after granting benefit of A.C.P.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents submits that the petitioner was provided with the benefit of ACP and payment was accordingly made to the petitioner, if the petitioner has any grievance as to the calculation, the University

Patna High Court CWJC No.15562 of 2019(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 shall consider the representation if filed in this regard. He also submitted that if it is found that there is any error in the calculation the University shall take appropriate corrective measure.

Considering the stands of the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the Registrar, Kameshwar Singh Sanskrit University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga alongwith a copy of this order within a period of one month from today and thereafter, the University shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order. With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
