Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 188 of the Indian Penal Code and 47A of the Excise Act. It is alleged that from the room of petitioner 185 liters of country made illicit liquor was recovered. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Abinash Kumar Singh has licensee of the beverage and the seized liquor was kept by him. The petitioner is simply a salesman of Abinash Kumar Singh. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3615 of 2016 (2) dt.22-01-2016 the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 228 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj. With the above observation this application is disposed of.
