This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 365, 366, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. of the kidnapping of the son of the informant is against unknown.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the impugned order would reveal that the dead body of the son of the informant was recovered from the railway track for which initially U.D. Case No. 28/2017 was registered and subsequently, on suspicion the petitioner has been dragged in this case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23249 of 2018 (2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 custody since 16.12.2017. The investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 236 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
