2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Allegation against this petitioner is of commission of torture and harassment to the complainant/O.P.2 for dowry.
4. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the complainant. Specific accusation is against husband of the complainant. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the family affairs of complainant and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation against her.
5. Learned A.P.P. and learned counsel for the complainant vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail

However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 5264(C) of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
