The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Ara Mahila P. S. Case No. 66 of 2013 for the offence punishable under Sections 498, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

This petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to move before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arah/court concerned who will pass the order in view of the direction given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of
