2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 304 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he along with his father killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2023, he is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. He further submits that co-accused Wakil Sharma @ Wakil Das vide Cr. Misc. No. 64185 of 2021 order dated 30.03.2022 (Annexure-II) has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. During investigation, no material has come to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions District Judge, Purnea/concerned Court below in connection with K.Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 304 of 2021.
