Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mejargunj (Suppi) P.S. Case No.212 of 2017, registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that this petitioner is one of the relative of the in-laws of the deceased and allegation against the petitioner is that he helped the accused persons in disposing of the dead body of daughter of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the distant relative of the in-laws of the deceased and there is no allegation of making demand of dowry and killing the deceased except the allegation of cremating the dead body of the deceased along with others and the petitioner has no

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Chhotan Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Mejargunj (Suppi) P.S. Case No.212 of 2017.
