The grievance of the petitioner is that though he had applied for grant of arms licence of revolver/pistol on 08.07.2014 but no final decision has been taken as yet by the Licensing Authority. Accordingly, I dispose of the writ application directing the District Magistrate-cum-Licensing Authority, Saran at Chapra to take a final decision in the matter in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
