2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 165 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 384, 379, 504, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, on 08.03.2023 the informant Utkarsh Kumar while going to his sister's home, was attacked by the petitioners and other accused persons, they asked for Rs. 5000/- as rangdari upon denial they started abusing him and

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is specific allegation to inflict garasa blow on the back of the informant is on co-accused Rishidev Rai and the specific allegation against co-accused Nitesh Kumar is that he has fired at the informant. Learned counsel has also submitted that there is a case and counter case. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent and the defense side has lodged number of cases against the informant side.

Considering these facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 165 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
