One country made pistol containing four live cartridges as well as two other live cartridges from the pocket of the petitioner were recovered. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 15.05.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S.
