2. The present application has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 14.09.2023 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 8664 of 2019.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the O.P. No. 3 and 4 bringing on record a reasoned order dated 10.10.2024 by which the case of the petitioner stands rejected by the Board of Directors.

4. Granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the
