Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other named accused persons is that they had enticed away the daughter of the informant with purpose of marriage. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. alleged inducement and kidnapping. However, she stated nothing more against the petitioner vide Annexure-3. Annexure-2 would reveal that the parties have entered into a compromise.

Submission is that the matter is of love

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6025 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 affairs and co-accused Bibi Danish has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-4. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in S.T.No.240 of 2017 in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha)Police Station Case No.30 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
