There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he gave one bhujali blow causing injury on the leg of the informant but injury report of informant reveals that injury found on his leg appears to be caused by hard and blunt substance. There is case and counter case between the parties and one Indradeo Yadav, who happens to be full brother of petitioner, too, sustained grievous injury on his wrist.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53070 of 2015 (2) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 171 of 2015.
