2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Madhusudanpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 76, 352, 351(2), 303(2), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of procurement of employment on the post of Block Teacher by using forged and fake certificates which were duly verified in pursuant to the order of this Court in CWJC No. 15459 of 2014 by the Vigilance Investigation Bureau and the same was found

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was duly appointed in the year 2014 and at the time of her appointment, verification of the certificate was made and at no point of time any suspicion has been raised. In fact, the petitioner is a victim of circumstances and she herself has been duped by the Institution from where she has obtained Teachers Training Certificate after attending the classes. It is further contended that now the petitioner has already been terminated some time in the month of April, 2025 and the she also suffered unfortunate demise of her husband, who died on 23.06.2024 on account of carcinoma.

5. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that the petitioner has actively participated in the crime while procuring appointment based upon forged and fabricated educational certificates.

6. Having considered the submissions advanced by the learned Advocates for the respective parties and taking note of fact that the petitioner is lady and now she has already been terminated as stated in para-12 of the bail application, however

No.48498 of 2026(2) dt.22-07-2026 3/3 copy of which has not been placed on record, besides the fact that other co-accused persons facing identical allegation have been extended the privilege of anctipatory bail, as has been mentioned in para-15 of the bail application and the copies of the orders have been placed on record as Anneuxre-P/4 series, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VIII, Bagalpur or Successor Court in connection with Madhusudanpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, with the further conditions:

(i) that at the time of furnishing bail bond, the petitioner shall produce the order of termination and, (ii) that one of the bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioner.
