The sole petitioner, who is in custody only since 15.01.2018 in Thakurganj P.S. Case No.7 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case on an accusation as if the petitioner was occupant of the Ambulance, which was intercepted by the police and from the said Ambulance, huge quantity of electric wire, said to be stolen, was recovered. It was submitted by learned counsel for the

Be that as it may, considering the fact that the petitioner was apprehended after chase and from the said Ambulance, from which the petitioner had fled away, huge quantity of stolen electric wire was recovered, there is no reason to pass favourable order.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected with observation that the learned court below may take appropriate steps for early disposal of the case. (Rakesh Kumar, J) nawalkrs/- U T
