Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Karagahar P.S. Case No. 133 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Vide order dated 29.03.2022, the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59974 of 2021(3) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail of petitioner nos. 1 and 3 has already been withdrawn as they have been arrested.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner no.2.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner no.2, above named. So far as the bail of petitioner nos. 4 and 5 is concerned, the same is allowed considering the nature of dispute and the injury sustained by the injured.

Accordingly, let petitioner nos. 4 and 5, abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Sasaram, Rohtas, in connection with Karagahar P.S. Case No. 133 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
