JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

A stolen motorcycle was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody Since 22.10.2017. Investigation of the case is already closed. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge or after two months from today whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12401 of 2018 (3) dt.18-04-2018 P2/ the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No.570 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
