2. The petitioner apprehends their arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 307, 323, 332, 333, 341, 342, 352, 353 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 of Prevention of Damage of Public Property Act, 1984.

3. It is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons and about 200-300 persons gathered near RDS College, raised slogans against police administration and blocked the road and transportation. It is further alleged that they also pelted bricks, stones and obstructed the police officials in discharge of their official duties.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the allegation against the petitioner general and omnibus. No

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Azamnagar P. S. Case No. 148 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
