The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 21.09.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38442 of 2015 by which anticipatory bail was allowed with direction to surrender and furnish bail bonds within a period of four weeks from that day, but for the reasons stated in the modification petition, petitioner could not surrender within time granted under the said order. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, this modification petition is allowed and the time to surrender in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Delha P.S.Case No. 106 of 2015, is extended by further four weeks from today and to that extent order dated 21.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38442 of 2015 is modified.
