JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 16.12.2017, seeks bail in Paharpur PS Case No. 324 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that on the exhortation given by the petitioner other accused persons assaulted the informant. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR was instituted after lapse of 15 days, there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner and the two injuries found on the person of the injured are simple in nature.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Hari Bhajan Thakur is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Paharpur PS Case No. 324 of 2017.
