====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 14-10-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of this case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

2. Having regard to the fact that the procurement season for the year 2025-26 is yet to start and the petitioner has not made any application to the competent authority i.e.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11277 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 Respondent No. 7 herein seeking allotment of the Milling Work in parboiled/raw rice, this Court deems it expedient to dispose of the present writ petition with the direction to the petitioner to make an appropriate application for allotment of the Milling Work for the year 2025-26 within a period of two weeks from today. On such application being made, the Respondent No. 7 shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law and take necessary action for allotment of the Milling Work to the petitioner. The authority shall endeavour to pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possibly preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the representation/application by the petitioner.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
