JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-07-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(a) A writ of certiorari issued for quashing the order passed by the S.D.O. cum Licensing Authority, Bettiah, Sadar, West Champaran vide Memo No. 156 dated 28.03.2014 whereby the P.D.S. dealership license bearing no. 02/2008 of the petitioner has been cancelled without any lawful consideration.

(b) A direction be issued for the restoration of P.D.S. License of the petitioner.

(c) Any other order/orders as your Lordships may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and as such the writ petition need not be pressed.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents appears and he has no objection in this regard.
