ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioner being is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 115 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307,379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly there is a land dispute between the parties and the allegation which has been made against the petitioner are general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that though it has been alleged that there was some injury, the medical report does not substantiate the same.
Considering the nature of allegation made against the

No.4370 of 2016 (2) dt.10-03-2016 2/2 present petitioner and that the petitioner has no Criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 115 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) sunil/- U T
