Petitioner is in custody in connection with Deo P.S.Case No.11 of 2014 pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Aurangabad registered for an offence under Section 376(D) of the IPC and 4/8 of the POSCO Act.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Cr.Mics.No.51991 of 2014 dated 20.02.2015. This is the second attempt for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner. A report was called for regarding the stage of the case from the trial Court, the same is kept at flag-'A'. It has been reported that nine witnesses have already been examined including the informant. The trial Court has sought for further period of four

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32216 of 2015 (6) dt.01-08-2016 months to conclude the trial. The other co-accused has already been granted bail by this Court vide Cr.Misc.No.48367 of 2014. Considering the fact that the trial is at a concluding stage, I do not proper to grant bail to the petitioner, the same is rejected.

Anyhow, the trial Court is directed to take all necessary steps to conclude the trial preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Sudhir Singh, J) B.Kr./- U T
