JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 12-07-2022 Vide order dated 24.02.2022 the petition of petitioners nos.2 and 5 have already been dismissed as withdrawn. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners nos.1, 3 and 4 and learned APP for the State.

A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioners which is kept on record.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of abduction of the informant's daughter by co-accused Pintu Pandey.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 60494 of 2021(3) dt.12-07-2022 2/2 further submits that specific allegation of abduction is against co-accused Pintu Pandey and not these petitioners and the victim was married with co-accused Pintu Pandey in Court at Delhi as is evident from the impugned order dated 15.12.2021 passed in B.P.No.1100 of 2021. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, namely, Surendra Pandey, Arti Devi and Abhimanyu Pandey in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 67 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
