The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation the informant was on way to his village and as soon as he reached to village Purushottampur two persons have intercepted and even looted the motor-cycle bearing registration no. BR45C 1008.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has annexed the sale certificate showing that his father has purchased the aforesaid motor-cycle from one Santosh Kumar Singh.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51099 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioners, namely, Mulayam Chauhan and Dhirendra Chauhan, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Bhabua (Kaimur) in Ramgarh P.S.
