Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jehanabad (Kalpa O.P.) PS Case No.779 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner shot at the informant causing firearm injury at his back. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it was impossible to see the assailant as the fire was opened from the back of the informant and the petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2017.
