The petitioner is accused in connection with Session Trial No. 79 of 2019 arising out of Sasaram Muffasil P.S. Case No. 173 of 2018 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice rejected vide Cr. Misc. 47175 of 2019 on 04.12.2019 and Cr. Misc. 28026 of 2020 on 26.11.2020 respectively. He further submits that the fresh ground for grant of regular bail is that the petitioner is under custody since 06.10.2018.
