That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus, order or orders, direction or directions, commanding the respondents no.-2 to 6 to remove the encroachment made on the public land vide Thana No. 156, Khata No.

108, Khesra No. 3620 Area 8 dhur by respondents no.- 7 to 9 by erecting hut and wall over the same and being caused obstruction to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12954 of 2022(2) dt.05-05-2023 2/2 petitioner on going on the road from his house and in that context the father of the petitioner namely Sonalal Singh (deceased) earlier filed a writ application in this Hon'ble Court vide C.W.J.C. No. 13405 of 2015 which was disposed of by this Hon'ble Court on 22.9.2017 with a direction to respondent no.-4 and accordingly in compliance of the said order respondent no.-4 merely done paper work but encroachment has not been removed from the said public land and further appropriate direction may be given to that effect."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate-Motihari, East Champaran for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
