The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353/332/307/379/511 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the allegation is that petitioners along with other have been engaging themselves in theft of coal from wagons. Actually, there has been no recovery from possession of these petitioners. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4391 of 2016 (2) dt.11-04-2016 P2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 73/15, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
