Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended along with a stolen motorcycle.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2017. Petitioner has got one more identical case.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
