The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 325/2016 (Arising out of Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 136/2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 324, 307/34 and later on 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, if the trial is not concluded within six
