JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ghosi P.S.Case No. 52 of 2016 registered under Section 395 of the Indian penal Code.

It is submitted that FIR is against unknown and neither any incriminating article was recovered from the petitioner nor put on T.I.P. and except disclosure of his name by co-accused Dharampal Chauhan in his confessional statement, there is no material and the said Dharampal Chauhan has been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46403 of 2016.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Manish Kumar @ Manish Chauhan @

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7212 of 2018 (2) dt.07-02-2018 2/2 Manish Maurya, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 52 of 2016.
