Superintendent of Police, Purnea is physically present along with a show-cause. After going through the same, it is evident that all the charge-sheeted witnesses, after production, have been examined. That being so, the show-cause is accepted and physical presence of Superintendent of Police, Purnea is dispensed with.

Coming to the prayer for bail of the petitioner, Sunil Rishideo @ Sunil Rishi, he happens to be husband and further, on account of examination of all the witnesses, the ball has gone into the court of petitioner. That being so, there is no cogent ground to reconsider the prayer and, accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51429 of 2015 (5) dt.24-02-2016 In case, there happens to be co-operation at the end of petitioner, then in that event, the learned lower court will proceed with the trial on day-to-day basis and conclude the same by 31st of March 2016.
