2. Earlier vide order dated 19.01.2024, a report regarding stage of the trial was called for from the learned court below and Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna. The same are available and kept at Flag 'P' and 'K'.

3. In view of the submissions and perusal of report of learned trial court and Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna respectively, it appears that except one witness namely, Chhotu Kumar, all charge-sheeted prosecution witnesses have already been examined in the present case. It appears that the trial has almost concluded and as such, there is no occasion to entertain the present petition.

4. Accordingly, the present prayer of bail stands rejected.

5. However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within three months.
