The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 121 of 2015 and POCSO Case No. 32 of 2015 registered under Sections 366(A) and 376/34 of Indian Penal Code.

The role attributed to the petitioner is that he was instrumental in taking the victim and accused Deepak Kumar took away the victim However, no rape has been attributed to the petitioner. Further Deepak Kumar has been granted bail by this Court in Cr.Misc.No. 48243 of 2015.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, POCSO, Bagaha West Champaran, in connection with Ramnagar P.S.Case No. 121 of 2015 and POCSO Case No. 32 of 2015.
