This application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 186 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the vehicle in question was given to one another person namely Shiv Shankar whose details have been mentioned in the petition. The petitioner is granted anticipatory bail till submission of charge-sheet.

Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59369 of 2021(2) dt.17-12-2021 2/2 below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Khagaria, in connection with Special A.B.P. (Excise) No. 13/2021, arising out of Gogri P.S. Case No. 186 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with a condition that after taking bail, the petitioner will join the investigation and the I.O. will investigate the aforesaid contention of the petitioner for which contention is found true then the petitioner will remain on the same bail bond and if the contention is found false then the bail granted to the petitioner shall be cancelled by the court below.
