The petitioner is accused in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 164 of 2015 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of recovery of theft one red colour Passion Pro motorcycle from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Satrughna Ram, relative of the petitioner, parked the said motorcycle in the house of the petitioner and in that course police searched the house and the said motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 01.07.2015.

No.51478 of 2015 (2) dt.21-12-2015 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 164 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
