JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioners are in custody in connection with Chanpatia (Sirisiya O.P.) P.S. Case No.40 of 2018, a case under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
On confidential information, the police raided the house of the petitioners and some rice and stolen battery was allegedly recovered.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioner is victim of the police atrocity as the petitioner has been remanded in three more cases of similar nature registered against unknown without any substantial material
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17469 of 2018 (2) dt.29-03-2018 P2/ against the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Chanpatia (Sirisiya O.P.) Police Station Case No. 40 of 2018, with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
