The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

It is a case of outrage the modesty upon the informant's daughter by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and the petitioner and the informant are the next door neighbour, due to which the petitioner has falsely been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60059 of 2021(2) dt.09-05-2022 2/2 implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge POCSO Act, Patna in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 71 of 2021 arising out of Parsa Bazar P.S.
