The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 369 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner has been made to have taken away three years child and later on she was recovered from his possession.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that child was a member of the family and she has gone along with him but later on in the morning the small child was handed over to the family member. The case has been lodged on account of some family dispute and so much the petitioner is aged about 73 years.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51221 of 2015 (2) dt.30-01-2016 Looking to the age of the petitioner, let petitioner, Shiv Balak Ravidas, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 207 of 2015, subject to the conditions that (i) one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner and (ii) petitioner would participate in the court proceeding and in the event of being absent on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
