2. This is an application for direction to the respondents to remove the encroachment made over the government land by making illegal constructions over the government land and also for direction to the respondents to comply with the order dated 31.03.2023 passed by the Circle Officer, Keoti, Dharbhanga in Encroachment Record No. 06 of 2019-20 filed by the petitioner no. 1.

3. From reading the annexure-9 dated 31.02.2023,

Patna High Court CWJC No.10800 of 2023(2) dt.02-12-2023 2/2 it appears that there is one Encroachment Record No. 06 of 2019-20 pending in the office of the Circle Officer, Keoti, Dharbhanga.

4. The Circle Officer, Keoti, Dharbhanga is directed to see to it if any encroachment is found on the said land by someone, the same should be removed after following due process under the Bihar Public Land Management Act, 1956 and after hearing all the concerned parties within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
