JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Hasanpur P.S.Case No. 19 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased who had solemnized her second marriage with son of the petitioner.

Admittedly, the husband of the deceased has already been granted privilege of regular bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12. 06 .2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21413 of 2014 and there is no specific accusation against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34424 of 2014 (4) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 Accordingly, above named, petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera at Samastipur in Hasanpur P.S.Case No. 19 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
