The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is the informant and he has lodged an FIR. On the day of earthquake all persons came out from the house. When petitioner returned she found her son in pool of blood. During investigation the police has found that the victim was killed by his own brother Satrudhan Paswan and in order to help her own son she concealed the arms. Petitioner is in jail since 13.5.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51556 of 2015 (3) dt.09-02-2016 case, let petitioner, Ram Kumari Devi, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge III, Patna in connection with S.T. No.571 of 2015, arising out of Digha P.S. Case no.149 of 2015, subject to the conditions that petitioner would participate in the court proceeding and in the event of being absent on three consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
