Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.
The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Sonu Chaudhary and subsequently the petitioner also confessed before the police. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there is link of circumstances as the tea seller where they had taken tea has supported the allegation before the police.
Considering the fact that for pre-trial detention, there is very weak material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12110 of 2018 (3) dt.11-04-2018 furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Shikarpur Police Station Case No.440 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
