1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. This is the third attempt of the petitioner to seek anticipatory bail in connection with Khajekala P.S. Case No. 539 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner earlier had moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 35578 of 2020 and the same came to be rejected by an order dated 02.08.2021, thereafter, again the petitioner moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6583 of 2022 and the same was permitted to be withdrawn by an

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54947 of 2024(2) dt.11-09-2024 2/2 order dated 21.07.2023, as such, this is the third anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.

4. The Court is not inclined to entertain the third anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is rejected.
