The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Halsi P.S. Case No. 02/14 registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and section 135 of the Bihar Electricity Act. The informant alleged that the petitioner was committing theft of electric energy. It appears that there was no connection in the Airtel Tower and only one meter wire was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a guard of Airtel Tower. The petitioner asked owner of tower to make payment of arrears of electric charge. Considering the aforesaid fact and the nature of allegation, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or

No.32808 of 2014 (2) dt.03-02-2015 2/2 surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Lakhisarai in Halsi P.S. Case No. 02 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
